All Occasion Rentals has a fleet of delivery vehicles and experienced drivers. Our drivers are trained on accurately delivering, and picking up your rental items on time.Your rental equipment needs will be confirmed and a delivery time will be scheduled a few days before your event. Equipment is dropped off at a dock, door or garage that is immediately accessible to our truck. On pick-up, equipment must be re-stacked and available to our drivers. Dishes should be rinsed and in their original containers.

Our knowledgeable sales staff will gladly meet with you at your chosen event venue for a tent size and placement consultation. Once there, we will be able to make suggestions for your tent such as wall choices, integrated tent doors, heating and lighting, as well as many others to make your event perfect.

All precautions are taken when securing a tent, either by stakes, 50 gallon drums or steel weighted plates considering the location. We'll deliver your heaters and light the pilots if your event starts within a couple of hours, otherwise a staff member will show you how to light them.
